A day in the sun with Helene & Joy

A few (2) pics. from the rehearsals of the day to you from me:


At 2 pm today the girls arrived, and after a little talk of this and that, we went to the lawn in front of my place to start rehearsing.
However with the sun high on sky (30c) and the wind not existing it only took us a few run-troughs to realise that no matter how much water we would consume, we were probably be better off finding some shadow.
So off we went to find darker and cooler territories...
Today these did not exist however, not were I live anyway... that is, they did, but only a few square meters at a time... and we like space while rehearsing, even if we don't plan on space in the living-rooms:)!!!
I think good things are happening with NABO.
I like working with Joy and Helene, and the inspiration I extract from these two is amazing.
Where happiness and the will to experiment is, creativity emerges and so NABO is growing with speed. I find that in no time it will exceed our time limit and I will have to extract the best of the best for the two dancers:)
However with these girls it all looks the best, So I am a happy camper these days.

As the president of the board, Ingrid, reminded me the other day.
A relaxed mind is a creative mind

And so now I will go for a walk with my sister , to come back with renewed energy for an all nighter of work:)
