Update, Tapedu, Padetu!

Finally a contribution from Copenhagen to our blog!
It has been an interesting week, a week of awakening ('of the senses' for thoose who have had gyrokinesis..). Irene my norwegian superdancer friend is in town and giving away inspiration for free, both in general, and even only to stretch the hipjoints in the most crazy painful, but efficient ways. Gyro-classes free of charge are taking place in Dansens Hus every day around 12:30 with wonderful brazilian Deborah as the teacher (recommanded! escp for the hipjoints :). Besides that a MUST SEE is Mute Comp. performance 'Knock on unpainted wood' about human trafficking with my other norwegian superdancer friend Marie practically whiping and cleaning the floor in a secret bunker with 5 other fantastic dancers/performers. Enjoy!
And I have finally started working on the musical and I am singing the songs of 'Elsk mig i nat' in my head over and over again (not because I wish to, but I have no choice!). And I am both an indianer, a zoombie in thriller, a drummergirl (?), a chef and what else..? come and find out at Musikhuset in Århus between September 17 (Premiere) and end of October. I can also recommand a performance with another superdancer friend of mine, this time finnish though, Katri Siipola, in the performance 'Amerikaneren'. Will play in Musikhuset as well between September 22-24. And ofcourse I look forward to as crazy to see my filomusitøser once again, I can't wait to work and hang out again Julie and Joy an the rest of the gang!
That's all for now, I must listen to Bob Dylan this week end, find out how to do small indianer everyday life-stuff, find a fysio who can fix my knee, take care of an israeli in cph, but I will do one thing before all this- meet my wonderful friends at SMD for gaga-class! jipiiiiiiiiii!

-love-

How to connect the art scenes...

We, who are a part of Filomusi Productions, wish to expand the art scene of Aarhus and connect despite of genres? And as we might have some ideas it is commonly known that 2 brains think better than one, so we are always keen to hear about ideas that can help us connect. If you're out there and have an idea as to how music, theater, videography, dance, art and poetry can become one, write us and we will take it in to consideration on our next board meeting.

Thank You
